Het ziet er lekker schoon uit en dat is vast een hele klus want het appartement staat vol, vol en nog eens vol. Tel daar nog de beelden bij op van flatscreen en een pc, dan komt het geheel helemaal op je af.

Wow, that place is fantastic. Beautiful park view, a bathroom that is done to the nth degree, and a recent kitchen.
These poor souls though -- move the crap, take the picture, put the crap back! It's a simple formula. Don't obscure that gorgeous tub with the lap tray, shove it behind you, snap away, and put it back. Same thing with the kitchen, stash the sponge on stick under the sink, put the appliances on the floor behind you and take the picrture! Then put them back.
They're lucky, though. The park view is evident, it's clearly a very well done condo/flat/apartment so they'll likely attract buyers. Still, I couldn't help but urge them on with advice, :"Oh, how lovely! Now, put the vase with the flowers, and the seventy five liquor bottles out of sight and take the picture!"
We all love our clutter, but it's because it's so familiar. To a potential buyer all it says is, "Gorgeous place, right? Pity there's no storage."
