Dag oma, dag opa

Iedereen heeft een oma en opa. Er komt een dag waarop we met een traan afscheid moeten nemen. De dierbare herinneringen aan de logeerpartijtjes, de geur aan opa's sigaar, de fietstochtjes achterop de fiets, de grapjes, de kadootjes, die koektrommel, de dingen die je thuis niet mocht maar daar wel, die lieve blik en die zachte hand met rimpels, die blijven.

Dan gaat de woning in de verkoop.............

Hoe willen we dat de koper naar het huis van opa en oma kijkt? Zo?

At first I thought this was another instance of the online translator just substituting text. I had one a few weeks back that -- I kid you not -- went on and on about The Sixth Panda. When I looked at the photos here and translated the text I was looking high and low for a Grandma or a Grandpa, and figured it was Panda Syndrome in action.

Until I looked at the other listing photos. Yikes, that first one really does look as if they are heaving some poor soul off to a home. In the second one, the cane in the hall also gives that vibe.
