Here's something I have never said before in my life, that I completely failed to anticipate the need to say:
I don't understand that chair.
I'm pretty sure a chair should not be able to completely stump me as to what its purpose would be.
It seems a particularly bad idea to feature it in a bedroom. It's just almost guaranteed to make someone perusing the listing to stop perusing the listing, and begin speculating instead.
Wow, I put in my above comment before I clicked the link for the rest of the listing. That's an interesting home. Is it a bed and breakfast, hotel sort of place, or a private residence? I don't know.
I do know that they seem to have a thing about bears and chairs. The head of Winnie the Pooh -- just the head, mind you -- is featured in another. All the tubs seem to be sized to fit groups, versus individuals.
Overall, it isn't just the chair that raises a couple of eyebrows. Nice place overall, beautiful floors in particular. Really oddly staged though, between the teddy bears, decapitated or otherwise, and the vibe of being a romantic getaway.
