The listing photo should read: teenagers not included -- thankfully. It's actually a really neat house but they definitely marketed it as "Pool with house!" instead of "House...with pool!"
Since you guys are interested in the marketing end of real estate, I guess that actually does make some sense. After all, there was no way they could attract a buyer who didn't want a pool. It's a big freaking pool.
By the same token? It almost looks like the pool is large enough to rise up in the night, and usurp the house. It's a coup! And now it's Waterworld!
